An unauthorized UAV attacked a helicopter which belonged to the Los Angeles Police Department. Subsequently, the aircraft had to land. In accordance with court documents, the unmanned aerial vehicle inflicted a significant damage upon the antenna, nose and fairing of the helicopter. The UAV operator was also detained. Law enforcement agencies are studying all the details of what happened.
