A provincial court in Canada obliged a man to pay a fine in the size of $7,400 for the illegal drone operation near a wildfire in Alberta’s Jasper National Park. According to statement made by law enforcement authorities, this is  reportedly the “biggest fine ever” for unauthorised use of UAV in national park in Canada. At a hearing which took place last week, public prosecutor Dawn Poskocil informed the court that the owner of device, Rajwinder Singh, confessed that he had no knowledge about drone law nor “the fact that he operated a drone in Jasper National Park.
