The Iraqi army stated on Sunday that two suspicious drones that flied illegally at the Ain al-Asad base have been successfully destroyed. C-RAM system was deployed to eliminate threat posed by UAVs. A month earlier, another drone equipped with hazardous explosives had attacked the base. The US-led coalition in Iraq has accused Iranian-linked Iraqi groups of launching missile and drone attacks on Iraqi military objects.
