The Israel Defense Forces managed to eliminate the threat posed by UAV that illegally entered the country’s airspace. The drone belonged to members of the Hezbollah terrorist group. Fortunately, the drone did not endanger the lives of soldiers and civilians. Also, law enforcement agencies did not provide any information as to whether the drone was equipped with explosives. The military, in a statement, stressed that the authorities will implement the necessary measures to prevent a re-invasion of Israeli airspace.
