In accordance with a statement made by Ukrainian authorites, Russian troops deployed drone to  attack energy facilitities. Attack took place in Odessa, the main port city in Ukraine. As a result,  all users in Odesa with the exception of critical infrastructure didn’t have access to electricity, Odesa mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov informed on Facebook.
