On Thursday afternoon, an Israeli F-16 fighter jet successfully destroyed a drone equipped with
hazardous explosive materials flying from the Gaza Strip. The downing of the UAV was captured on
video posted by the Israel Defense Forces.

According to the Israeli newspaper The Jerusalem Post, at least 2 UAVs were intercepted on
Thursday in central part of Israel. One of the drones intended to attack an Israeli gas rig in the
Mediterranean sea.
