Colorado police was bewildered by the appearance of drone swarm
Appearance of drone swarm, composed of at least 17 fixed wing drones, bewildered Colorado Police. Devices were operated at night and probably were used for search or mapping.
According to a statement made by Thomas Elliot, Phillips County Sheriff, the unmanned aerial vehicles were conducting flights within a week between 7-10 p.m. and were spotted by civilians. The Federal Aviation Administration hasn’t identified the owner of drones. He emphasized that unmanned aircrafts were not hostile and their use can’t be considered as illegal.
