The team of a small aircraft flying over the center Kelowna this week reported the appearance of a suspicious drone within 200 feet of the aircraft. Authorities have launched the investigation into the incident. In accordance with the provisions of current legislation, drones are not allowed to be operated at an altitude of no more than 400 feet, and at the same time, UAVs cannot fly in close vicinity to airports.
