IdeaForge, a Mumbai-based drone company, will issue additional standard operating procedures to its customers for security reasons after one of its drones exploded in Chhattisgarh, India, injuring several people. According to available information, the incident took place on 27 April. An IdeaForge Q6 drone was used for mapping purposes in the Harsiya tehsil area of Chhattisgarh. The UAV battery exploded, causing injuries of four people and they were subsequently taken to the hospital. Confirming the incident, the company stressed in a statement that the details of the incident are being investigated at this stage.
