Eric Brills, 50, of Holywell Dale, Swords, Dublin, who faced allegations of operating a drone in the immediate vicinity of Dublin Airport was released on bail but was banned from using drones.  Detective Garda Ledwith emphasized in his statement that one of the terms for bail was phohibition to operate UAVs. Donal Quigley, defence solicitor, stressed that his client settled for such punishment.
