According to a statement made by AFRICOM, unmanned aerial vehicle belonging to the USA has disappeared over Tripoli. The reason why this happenned still remains unknown.

The unmanned aircraft was flying over the capital of Libya in order to examine current security situation and keep an eye on violent activities of extremist groups.

The investigation of incident is under way.
