A suspicious UAV was operated illegally above a construction site located in the immediate vicinity of Dawlish railway station, Great Britain. The drone was used to photograph the Wavewalker construction site. A large British company “Network Rail” reacted to the appearance of the suspicious device.

The workers posted an informational message on social networks regarding the potential danger that could be posed by drone operating near the construction site.

A Network Rail spokesman emphasized in his statement that even the cheapest drone model could pose a threat to the railroad, train passengers and staff. We should bare in mind that the UAV can cause damage to equipment, as well as, if it falls on a person, cause bodily harm.
