EU will implement new laws regarding the use of drones
New EU laws will regulate the use of unmanned aerial vehicles. In accordance with them, drones will have to go through the mandatory registration procedure, and significant changes will be made in obtaining permits for the use of these devices. The Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Market is growing rapidly, and Polish companies are gradually launching their products on the market that can find various applications.
New EU laws regarding the use of drones will be implemented also in Poland. At the beginning of July 2019, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency issued a special decree, which must be implemented by EU Member States within a year. The new legal rules will come into force in Poland from July 1, 2020. According to them, UAV operators will have to register their devices weighing more than 250 grams.
