The Philippine Navy has initiated investigation after the failure of launch of the target drone in the course of last week’s surface-to-air missile live fire test. Due to Toribio Adaci, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. was supposed to participate in the event in Zambales occuring on Friday last week as part of  the Navy’s demonstration of sophisticated, new combat capabilities but the UAV that intended to be used for educational purposes did not take off.
