According to the new regulation of Federal Aviation Administration, recreational drone users will be able to obtain a permission for utilization of drones below 400 ft in controlled airspace  near airports. The governmental entity also widened access to system called the Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC), whose main function is authorization of flights of small unmanned aircraft systems.
