A county sheriff informed about his plans to deliver a speech before Congress about the increase in use of drones by  cartels in order to spy on federal agents working in the immeiate vicinity of international border. The Drone operators are members of cartels in Mexico that illegally smuggle people and drugs into the USA territory.

In the past 31 days of 2023, approximately 1,937 illegal drone’s appearance in three South Texas border counties were reported which rises a lot of questions and concerns when it comes to security.
