Yorgan Arnaldo Ramos Teran, a man from Florida, is accused by the FBI for the illegal use of UAV in Miami Beach. The Federal Aviation Administration imposed a ban on drone flights in this area in response to Sunday’s Super Bowl. If proven guilty, he will spend a year behind bars.

The FBI also stated that Yorgan has an official permission to operate his UAV but he had to modify it in order to use the UAV legally in prohibited area. He must come to court on Friday.
