On March 1, in Moscow, the police arrested a foreigner who illegally operated a quadrocopter over the Kremlin. The detainee was a 40-year-old Chilean citizen. A man came to Russia for tourist purposes. The reasons for the arrest and information regarding the identity of the UAV operator were not disclosed.
