The appearance of a suspicious UAV caused the cancellation of flights in Frankfurt Airport. The incident took place on 2 March. At the same time, police used a helicopter to determine the location of unmanned aerial vehicle.

According to a statement made by German law enforcement official, a pilot of one of aircrafts managed to detect the device in the southern part of airport at about 11:15.
