The use of UAVs is banned during summit
Drone operators will not be allowed to operate their devices during the G7 summit in Cornwall. The police commander confirmed that airspace will be restricted during the Summit on the night of Thursday 10 June until Sunday 13 June.
Chief Inspector Ian Williams emphasized that law enforcement agencies are in contact with partners responsible for ensuring the safety of the airspace during such an important event. At the same time, the police are informing UAV operators about ban on the use of UAVs during the meeting of world leaders.
