U.S. Department of Justice renewed regulations related to the use of unmanned aerial vehicles. New policy will be comprised of provisions under which the evaluation of cybersecurity must be carried out and protection of civil rights.

Taking into account an increase of the number of cases of illegal use of drones, unmanned aircrafts or it’s components must go through a cybersecurity evaluation.

It is worth noting that new drone regulation will also focus on the protection of civil rights. it is commonly known that drone сan be used for illegal purposes, for example for intrusion into private life of citizens. So, according to a new policy, such gadgets can not violate the rights of citizens which are constitutionally protected.
