A drone equipped with a video camera was spotted flying above the roof of an engineering college building where electronic voting machines were kept. The incident took place in the town Nagapattinam, India. Law enforcement authorites later arrested three people who said they had deployed the UAV to photograph the college for advertising purposes. When they tried to shoot down the device, the drone fell into the ground. The UAV was confiscated for examination and an investigation into the incident was initiated.
