At least 56 people have been killed and dozens sustained injuries in a attack carried out with a help of military drones on a refugee camp and school in the Dedebit, located in Ethiopia’s Tigray region. The attack was reported by the BBC and Reuters, citing aid workers. Photographs taken at a local hospital show many injured, including children. This is one of the most serious drone attacks that took place in Ethiopia.
