UAV collided with plane
An Embraer 175 passenger plane, owned by a company Envoy Air, collided with a suspicious drone while departing from O’Hare Airport in Chicago. The incident occured on Sunday, at an altitude of 2,500 feet. The plane landed safely, no one sustained injuries. The use of drones in the immediate vicinity of airports and passenger aircrafts is prohibited by law. The incident occurred amid the growing number of cases of unmanned aerial vehicles violating restricted airspace.
