Simi Valley police have detained John Piani, who is accused of illegall heroin delivery to his clients with the help of a drone. The incident took place last Friday. The drug dealer is currently being held in custody. Law enforcement agencies are studying the details of the incident and are trying at the same time to determine whether the drone was actually used to transport illegal drugs.
