In the US, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles to remind civilians about the necessity of staying at home and refrain from contact with other people is prohibited by law. However, on Sunday, a video of a drone fitted with a loudspeaker flying over the East River and informing New Yorkers who were in East River Park about the need to be at a safe distance from each other. The US Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident. It is also necessary to identity the operator of device and verify whether he had permission to  use the device legally.
