Recently, another video was published on the Internet in which a suspicious unmanned aerial vehicle was in the close vicinity of the helicopter which belonged to Los Angeles Police Department. Generally speaking, the device was outside the zone of visual contact with the operator, which is mandatory in accordance with the rules established by the Federal Aviation Administration. In turn, the operator could face imprisonment in the сase of a helicopter crash. In the United States, as in other countries of the world, the authorities are implementing relevant legislation in order to minimize the cases of the illegal use of drones and increase the level of public safety.
