British intelligence services have spotted an unmanned reconnaissance boat off the coast of Scotland. The device сan perform efficient water monitoring using solar and wave energy. It has not yet been possible to identify the owner of the device, but the boat may have belonged to the Russian special services. Currently, only America and the UK can boast of possessing such unmanned vehicles.

Representatives of the British Ministryt of Defense, together with the American authorities, have confirmed that the unmanned boat does not belong to them.
