Chinese fishermen have spotted a drone boat off the east coast of mainland China. Law enforcement agencies suppose that the device, apparently belonging to a foreign state, was deployed for reconnaissance.

Wang Suo, the skipper of the fishing boat, said his nets were too heavy when he started pulling them out of the water. Wang was delighted to think that he had caught a lot of fish. Instead, he pulled out a strange black device about 10 feet long. He immediately informed law enforcement authorities about the find. An investigation is underway.
