Saudi Telecom company purchased counter-drone protection

Saudi Telecom, the biggest company which provides telecommunication services in Saudi Arabia, has launched a cooperation with the Australian firm DroneShield to keep the country’s most important sectors safe from unmanned aerial threats.
The advanced anti-drone system consists of two different products: DroneSentinel and DroneSentry. The former is a multifaceted technology which detects UAVs dedicated to those who cannot use jamming devices due to legal requirements, for instance for customers from the United States. The latter one is a jamming-based solution which tracks and disables drones.
