The US military offers “cash payments” to an Afghan family after a massive drone attack resulting in death of 10 civilians. The attack occured in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan 0n 29 August. Pentagon spokesman John Kirby announced the proposal on Friday, emphasizing that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has obliged to pay the Ahmadi family monetary compensation after the drone strike. The payment will also cover the costs of relocating family members to the USA.
