Oklahoma authorities will ponder on the implementaion of drone law at a state level next month. The FAA, at the same time, сlaimed that states must refrain from the implementation of a separate procedure of registration of UAV.

In accordance with the new law, users who operate unmanned aerial vehicles for commercial purposes, must provide all the necessary documents needed to complete the registration of their gadgets to the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission. Non-commercial operators are exception to the rule and the registration will not be mandatory for them.

Micheal Bergstrom, Oklahoma State Senator, emphasized that legislative drafting involves extensive analysis of drone law in other states. He supposes that such action will help the authorities to make headway in the development of regulations.
