British racecourses are considering the possibility of prosecuting companies that deploy drones for illegal filming of horse competitions. On Tuesday, Paul Ellison, Brighton Racecourse executive director, emphasized in his statement  that legal action would be initiated against particular companies.

Ellison also stated that a group of suspicious drones were spotted many times flying over the racetrack during the competition. Thus, we must show these companies that any violation of the law can have serious consequences.
